Refund and Return Policy

At Neela Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear and lingerie

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Damaged items due to customer handling or use

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at info@neelafashion.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@neelafashion.comwith a photo and order details.

  • We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@neelafashion.com
